EFT is the abbreviation of Emotional Freedom Techniques and it could also abbreviate stress and traumas in your life. EFT can help with problems that are minor but irritating to more dramatic problems that bog down our health and our very life. EFT should be a family tool. Everyone can enhance his or her life with its use. It is simple to learn, easy to use, non-invasive and has phenomenal results. You have nothing to lose if you try it except the problem you're working with. I appeal to you to give it a try. If you think it is silly, try it to prove that it won't work. You will be amazed when it does. I need YOU to help me spread the word of EFT's amazing results. Most people who are first introduced to EFT refer to it as miraculous. It often works when nothing else will! |

EFT has changed my life completely. I have been practicing EFT on others and myself for years now but am still amazed sometimes at the immediate results achieved. I wonder why sometimes I do not use it when a problem first appears. A client reminded me today when I was upset that all I needed to do was "tap on it". I said, "You're right, of course," and proceeded to do the basic recipe on the problem that had just been brought to my attention. My 9-stress level became a one after one round of tapping. Once my stress was down I was able to think clearly and the problem was solved within five minutes. If I didn't know EFT I might have used the same solution to solve my problem but it would have taken me much more than the five minutes to calm down so I could rationally address the problem. Little and big problems each day remind me that EFT is miraculous and often works when nothing else will.

How scary is it to read information like the above? I did not participate or have first hand knowledge of the study but ran across it on the Internet. IF it is accurate, it certainly is a scary thought to me. Hopefully some day the medical profession will realize that unresolved emotional issues are a contributing cause of most illnesses. When they do they will begin to use EFT. You don't have to wait until they find out, EFT is here for you now!
If you are in the health, energy or any other profession EFT can be a wonderful addition in your toolbox. It will fit in nicely with your current modality and set you apart from your peers because you will have a better, quicker and smoother way to overcome the problems or issues your clients need help with. Emotions control the way we all react to life's problems and when we use EFT as a tool it helps us to react in an appropriate way. It empowers us by letting us control the issues that appear in everyday life.
EFT is an enhancement for EVERYONE. If you are not interested in becoming an EFT practitioner it is still important for you to learn the basic recipe to help yourself and family. It can help with any stress from job related anxiety to test stress at school. EFT can help with most issues and it can never harm you. Try it on everything! | |
In addition to private consultations, Jack and I travel to many areas to teach EFT workshop students the innovative methods of helping people deal with life's many challenges and provide them with a tool they can use themselves throughout their lifetime. We feel that being able to help people in this way has been one of the most fulfilling and rewarding accomplishments of our lives.
Jack and I also offer Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 workshops in the Southern California Area and Florida several times a year. | Patty's New Hope continued |
Patty is still making progress with her issues. There are so many! Abandonment, abuse, anger, and grief are some issues that Patty deals with each day. Last night she got angry and instead of saying anything bad or withdrawing she began to tap. I sat and watched her until she finished the basic recipe and then she turned to me and stated very matter-of-factly that she was angry for a moment because she didn't understand.
It is wonderful to see the difference in Patty's reactions now that she uses EFT. She sleeps better, smiles more and even got the courage to go job hunting. She was employed at the second place she went for an interview. She has been working three weeks now. She is so proud of all she has accomplished. It is a joy to see the change in Patty and astounding that it is all happening so fast. |

 I just returned from vacation in Tennessee where I had a marvelous visit with family and friends. The "Red Hat" convention was in Nashville at the Opryland Hotel while I was there. I had the opportunity to demonstrate the wonders of EFT for some of the ladies. With the wonderful results achieved I know they will go home and tell others about EFT. I am thrilled to know that I am a part of the EFT healing high-rise and can help spread the word of the power of EFT. I share Gary Craig's dream of EFT becoming a household term. I can envision people all over the world using EFT each day for their own issues as a matter of course. A more peaceful world . . . that is an awesome thought! |

My practice is changing in a remarkable way. Many times I would see the same client for the same issue several times. Now that I have incorporated EFT into my practice I see more clients because we are using less time to gain relief from the presenting problem. It is wonderful to see the difference in a person's facial expression when he or she comes into the office and when they leave.
